England head coach Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Bukayo Saka's workload is being managed with care as the squad prepares for the FIFA World Cup 2026, with the Arsenal forward still recovering from the muscle injury he carried through the end of the club season.

Saka, who has scored 14 goals in 48 appearances for England, missed part of Arsenal's campaign before returning to help the club secure the Premier League title. Tuchel acknowledged that the 23-year-old remains a player of concern ahead of the tournament.
