Divock Origi has retired from professional football at the age of 31, bringing to a close a career that, for Liverpool supporters at least, will be measured not in appearances or transfer fees but in the moments he produced when they mattered most.
The former Belgium international played for Liverpool, AC Milan, and Nottingham Forest, among other clubs, with his last competitive appearance coming in 2024.
