Spain winger Yeremy Pino could be forced out of the World Cup after suffering a suspected broken collarbone in Saturday's 1-0 win over Uruguay.
Pino fell awkwardly on his left shoulder after a challenge during the closing stages of the match, leaving him in clear distress. With Spain having already used all of their permitted substitutions, the Crystal Palace forward was unable to leave the field and completed the game despite the pain.
Head coach Luis de la Fuente had introduced Pino in the 66th minute, and afterwards acknowledged that the early signs were alarming.
