Hoeness Rules Out Kane Exit as Barcelona's Financial Woes Persist

Former Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has delivered a blunt assessment of Barcelona's pursuit of Harry Kane, insisting the Spanish giants have no money to fund a transfer and that the England striker will be staying in Bavaria this summer.

Kane, 32, capped a remarkable domestic season by scoring a hat-trick as Bayern Munich dismantled VfB Stuttgart 3-0 on Saturday to clinch the DFB-Pokal, having already secured the Bundesliga title. The feat brought his staggering club tally for the campaign to 61 goals.

Hoeness fires warning to Barcelona

Speaking to Das Erste, Hoeness was unequivocal about the club's intention to hold on to the former Tottenham Hotspur forward, who arrived at the Allianz Arena for around €90 million in 2023.
