Plymouth Argyle striker Owen Oseni has described his first call-up to the Super Eagles as a moment of pure disbelief, saying he never imagined the invitation would come his way.
Oseni was included in Nigeria's squad by head coach Éric Chelle this week for the 2026 Unity Cup, and is also set to join the squad for international friendlies against Poland and Portugal next month.
A call-up that caught him off guard
The 23-year-old told BBC Sport that despite an encouraging end to the season, the scale of the achievement only hit him once it became real.
