AC Milan Target Granada Teenager Owen Emeka Amid Real Madrid Interest

2 hours ago·1 min

AC Milan have stepped up their pursuit of Granada winger Owen Emeka, with the Rossoneri scouts turning their attention to the 17-year-old after being captivated by his display in Spain's Segunda División.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan's scouts originally travelled to Spain to assess midfielder Dylan Rodriguez. However, Emeka overshadowed that mission entirely, producing a dazzling performance and scoring a brilliant goal in Granada's fixture against Albacete.

Release clause and contract details

The teenage winger, who is of Nigerian descent, recently signed a long-term deal with Granada that runs until 2031. That contract includes a release clause set at €15 million — approximately £13 million or $17 million — which could make him an attainable target for interested clubs.

Milan are now described as "very interested" in Emeka and plan to continue monitoring him closely, though formal negotiations have not yet commenced.

Real Madrid also in the race

The Rossoneri are not alone in admiring the young Spaniard. Real Madrid are also keeping a watchful eye on Emeka as his performances in the second tier of Spanish football continue to attract attention from Europe's elite clubs.

With two of the continent's biggest names already circling, Emeka's future promises to be one of the more compelling transfer stories of the coming months.
