When you receive a prediction prompt for one of the teams you follow, reply with 1, X, or 2:

• 1 — the team listed first wins
• X — draw
• 2 — the team listed second wins

Is it free?

On most carriers WhatsApp is included in your data plan. We don't charge anything for the bot itself.

Which teams can I follow?

For the World Cup window we cover all national teams. Send a team name to test — if the bot recognises it, you can subscribe.

What languages does the bot understand?

English commands are supported across the board. Localised replies (French, Arabic, Swahili, Hausa) land progressively during the World Cup window — the language follows your VuvuSport profile setting.

I sent VUVUSPORT but I'm getting a generic Infobip message

During the soft-launch window the WhatsApp sender is shared with our messaging provider. The bot is still working — just send a team name (e.g. Senegal) and the VuvuSport bot will reply.
