Arsenal teenager Max Dowman has been officially presented with three Guinness World Records certificates, recognising a historic run of achievements that has shaken English and European football.

The 16-year-old holds the record for the youngest football player to win the Premier League, achieving the feat at just 16 years and 144 days. He also owns the record for the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history — 16 years and 73 days — and the youngest player ever to appear in the UEFA Champions League, a milestone he set at 15 years and 308 days, according to BBC Sport.

The class of '27

Dowman's record haul has earned him the opening player profile in the Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027's Class of '27 — the publication's celebration of the most exciting footballers of their generation. He features alongside Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, Erling Haaland, Cole Palmer, and Kylian Mbappe.
