Mikel Arteta has attributed Arsenal's narrow 1-0 Premier League victory over Nottingham Forest to the impact of his substitutes, who he says changed the course of the match after coming off the bench.

The Arsenal manager highlighted the decisive role his replacements played in securing all three points against a resolute Nottingham Forest side. Their introduction shifted the momentum firmly in Arsenal's favour and ultimately produced the winning goal.

The result strengthens Arsenal's position in the Premier League table as they continue to push for honours this season. A hard-fought win on the road — or at home — underlines the squad depth Arteta has built at the club.

Arteta's emphasis on squad contributions reflects a broader philosophy at Arsenal, where rotation and collective effort have become hallmarks of the team's approach under the Spaniard's management.

Nottingham Forest, meanwhile, will be frustrated to have conceded despite their defensive resilience throughout much of the contest. The single-goal defeat continues a difficult run of results for the Midlands club in the top flight.
