Barcelona and Real Madrid both had scouts in attendance at Anfield to watch Erling Haaland in action, as the two Spanish giants continue to monitor the Manchester City striker ahead of a potential summer move.

Haaland has long been one of the most coveted forwards in European football, and interest from the two La Liga powerhouses signals that the race for his signature could intensify in the coming transfer window.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are growing increasingly confident of completing a deal to sign Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott. The Blues have been tracking the young Englishman and believe an agreement can be reached, with Chelsea eager to strengthen their options in the middle of the park.

Scott has been one of the standout performers in the Premier League for Bournemouth this season, attracting attention from several top clubs. Chelsea's growing optimism suggests they consider themselves frontrunners in the pursuit.
