Celtic manager Martin O'Neill has confirmed that Bodo/Glimt striker Kasper Hogh is set to undergo a medical with the Scottish champions within the next 24 hours, moving the club closer to what would be a record-breaking signing.
The 25-year-old Denmark international has been on Celtic's radar for several months. Reports indicate the two clubs have agreed a fee of £11 million — a club record — for the Norwegian side's forward.
O'Neill addressed reporters about the deal following Saturday's 2-2 pre-season draw with AC Milan at Celtic Park.
