Mount offered to Milan

Manchester United's English midfielder Mason Mount has been put forward as a potential option for AC Milan, raising the prospect of a reunion with former United manager Ruben Amorim. The 27-year-old has struggled for game time at Old Trafford. However, no contact has taken place between the two clubs at this stage, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Forest eye Jones

Nottingham Forest have identified Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones as a transfer target this summer. The Merseyside club are believed to value the 25-year-old England international at around £40 million, according to Talksport.

Arsenal's ambitious summer plans

Premier League champions Arsenal are planning to bring in as many as five additional players during the summer transfer window. Among the names on their radar is Leicester City's 16-year-old English winger Jeremy Monga, according to the Star.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United are yet to receive a formal bid or approach for Brazil midfielder Bruno Guimaraes, 28, despite persistent links connecting him with a move to Arsenal.

Goalkeeper market heats up

Aston Villa are currently trailing Leeds United in the race to sign Japan international goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, 23, from Serie A outfit Parma, according to Calciomercato.

Juventus have also entered the goalkeeper market, adding Argentina and Aston Villa shot-stopper Emiliano Martinez, 33, to their list of summer targets, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

PSG dominate the rumour mill

Monaco's French midfielder Maghnes Akliouche, 25, has reportedly communicated to both Liverpool and Manchester United that Paris St-Germain remains his top priority this summer, according to Teamtalk.

In other news, Chelsea are exploring a move for Rayo Vallecano left-back Pep Chavarria, 28, as a potential replacement for Marc Cucurella, who completed a transfer to Real Madrid. Separately, Sunderland midfielder Granit Xhaka, 33, is said to have agreed personal terms with Chelsea — with the Switzerland international keen to relocate to London and link up once more with Xabi Alonso, under whom he thrived at Bayer Leverkusen.
