Athletic Bilbao winger Álvaro Djaló has declared that Guinea-Bissau are determined to keep winning in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, as his side prepares to host the Super Eagles of Nigeria in a Group L clash.

Speaking to O Democrata GB ahead of Tuesday's fixture at the 24 de Setembro Stadium in Bissau, Djaló acknowledged the considerable individual quality within the Nigerian squad but made clear that the Djurtus are entering the match with full confidence and high motivation.

The La Liga attacker was direct about Guinea-Bissau's target for the qualification campaign. "We hope to win the three points because our goal is to win every game," he said. "We are very confident and I feel the team is very motivated for this match against Nigeria."
