Bayern Munich manager Vincent Kompany has expressed strong confidence that winger Jamal Musiala will make a complete recovery from the neurological condition that caused him to collapse on the pitch on two separate occasions.

Kompany described his outlook on Musiala's situation as "very optimistic," signalling that the club believes the 22-year-old will return to full fitness.
