Manchester City are closing in on a deal to sign Leicester City winger Jeremy Monga, with the proposed transfer fee sitting at around £10 million, according to The Athletic. Arsenal had also been tracking the teenager but pulled out of negotiations after deciding the price was beyond what they were willing to spend.
