Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca has moved to ease concerns over Erling Haaland after the striker picked up a foot injury late in Saturday's 3-2 Premier League win over Ipswich Town at the Etihad Stadium.

Haaland, who scored twice before the final whistle, appeared to be in discomfort as he limped off the pitch. Medical staff are assessing the extent of the blow, but Maresca struck a measured tone when asked for his evaluation.
