Scott McTominay marked his return from heart surgery with a brace as Napoli claimed a dramatic 4-3 win over Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Champions League.

The Scotland international had been sidelined following the procedure, making his comeback all the more remarkable as he hit the net twice in a high-scoring contest that delivered seven goals across 90 minutes.

Napoli's victory — secured despite conceding three times — underlined the Italian side's resilience and attacking firepower in Europe's premier club competition.
