Martin O'Neill has expressed confidence that the impending arrival of Camilo Duran will serve as the launchpad for a busy summer of transfer activity at Celtic.

The 24-year-old winger is on the brink of completing a £6m move from Qarabag, having undergone a medical. Duran caught the eye during the 2025-26 season, netting five goals in the UEFA Champions League for the Azerbaijani club.

Veteran midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who joined on a short-term deal in January, has committed his future to the club by signing a new one-year contract. Despite those two additions, supporters have voiced frustration over the pace of recruitment heading into the new campaign.
