Tottenham Hotspur right-back Pedro Porro has committed his future to the club by signing a new long-term contract, understood to keep him at Spurs until 2031.
The deal extends Porro's stay well beyond the two years that remained on his previous agreement. The 26-year-old Spaniard originally joined Tottenham on loan in January 2023 before the club made the move permanent that summer, signing him from Sporting CP for £40 million.
Since then, Porro has become one of the most reliable figures in the squad. He has made 152 appearances for Spurs in total, including 47 in all competitions last season — more than any other player in manager Roberto De Zerbi's side.
Lange and De Zerbi full of praise
Tottenham sporting director Johan Lange spoke warmly about Porro's development since arriving at the club.
