Pochettino Coy on Pulisic Fitness Ahead of USA-Australia Clash

Christian Pulisic's fitness remains a major question mark ahead of the United States' Group D match against Australia at Lumen Field in Seattle, with kick-off scheduled for noon local time on Friday.
The Milan winger was forced off at half-time during the United States' commanding 4-1 victory over Paraguay in their tournament opener — despite having been one of the standout performers of the first half, providing the assist for Folarin Balogun's opener.
Limited training and no guarantees
Since the Paraguay match, Pulisic has not trained alongside the main United States group. Instead, he has been working in individual sessions with members of the US medical staff — a separation that was evident during Wednesday's training session.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino stopped short of confirming whether Pulisic would be available when he faced reporters at Thursday's press conference.
