European champions Paris St-Germain have been drawn against Premier League pair Manchester City and Aston Villa, as well as five-time winners Barcelona, in the league phase of this season's UEFA Champions League.

PSG, who claimed back-to-back continental titles, will welcome Barcelona to Parc des Princes while also making trips to Villa Park and Manchester. The final of this season's competition is scheduled for Madrid on 5 June.

Arsenal face Real Madrid and Bayern Munich

Premier League champions Arsenal will host 15-time winners Real Madrid at Emirates Stadium and travel to Bayern Munich. Manager Mikel Arteta's side, beaten by PSG on penalties in last season's final, will also take on Borussia Dortmund, Real Betis, Lille, Napoli, Sabah, and Slavia Prague.

City's reunion with Rodri

Enzo Maresca's Manchester City will welcome PSG to Etihad Stadium and travel to Barcelona — where they will come face to face with former midfielder Rodri, who joined the Nou Camp this summer in a £65 million deal. City will also encounter another ex-player in Kevin de Bruyne when Napoli visit Manchester. Their remaining opponents are Sporting, Porto, RB Leipzig, AEK Athens, and Lens.

Villa back in European football's elite

Aston Villa return to the Champions League after a season's absence and will host both PSG and Borussia Dortmund at Villa Park, while travelling to Barcelona and Galatasaray. Unai Emery's side also face Club Brugge, Fenerbahce, Viking, and Slavia Prague.

United return, Liverpool eye top draw

Manchester United are back in the competition after a two-year absence and will meet Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Roma, Sporting, RB Leipzig, Villarreal, Sabah, and Como.

Liverpool host Atletico Madrid, Porto, Villarreal, and Lens, while travelling to Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Fenerbahce, and LASK.
