Barcelona midfielder Rodri has made clear that neither he nor the club will be taken in by Real Madrid's current form as the two Spanish giants prepare to face off in the Clásico this Sunday.

The contest will mark Rodri's first experience of the fixture — one of the most celebrated and fiercely contested matches in world football — and the midfielder is approaching it with full focus rather than any false sense of security.

Despite whatever run of results Real Madrid may have had in the buildup, Rodri insists Barcelona are treating the occasion with the respect and seriousness it demands.
