Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso sat down with former Liverpool team-mate Jamie Carragher for a wide-ranging interview as part of Sky Sports' new Boss YouTube series, covering everything from his decision to take charge at Stamford Bridge to his earliest impressions of English football.
