Aston Villa Enter Race to Sign Millwall's Femi Azeez

Aston Villa have joined the race to sign Millwall winger Femi Azeez, according to French outlet Foot Mercato, as manager Unai Emery looks to bolster his attacking options ahead of the new season.
Azeez has been one of the standout performers in the Sky Bet Championship this campaign, recording 11 goals and eight assists in 34 league appearances for Millwall. His form was recognised with a place in the Sky Bet Championship Team of the Season.
The 25-year-old had already attracted interest from Premier League rivals Brighton & Hove Albion, Bournemouth, and Ipswich Town before Villa entered the picture. Emery's side are reported to be targeting more pace, creativity, and width in their attacking play, with Azeez considered capable of making the step up to the top flight.
Millwall are understood to be demanding a minimum of €20 million for the winger, who has also caught the eye at international level. Azeez made his senior Nigeria debut in May, marking the occasion with a brace in a 2-0 win over Zimbabwe.
