Brentford have added to their attacking options by signing former England striker Callum Wilson on a 12-month deal, the club confirmed this week.

Wilson, 34, arrives as a free agent after West Ham were relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season. He scored seven goals in 32 appearances at the London Stadium in his only campaign with the club.

The signing follows Jaidon Anthony's arrival from Burnley earlier in the week, as manager Keith Andrews moves to bolster his forward line ahead of the new season.

Andrews backs Wilson to make an impact
