Coventry City have secured the services of 18-year-old defender Stephen Mfuni on a season-long loan from Manchester City, adding depth to their squad as they adjust to life back in the Premier League.
Mfuni made his senior debut for Manchester City as a substitute in a 10-1 FA Cup victory over Exeter City last season, before heading to Watford on loan, where he featured eight times in the Championship.
The England Under-19 international is the 11th player signed by Coventry head coach Frank Lampard since the club earned promotion to the Premier League at the conclusion of last season.
