The Brentford midfielder had been an unused substitute in England's hard-fought 3-2 win, but he joined his teammates on the pitch to celebrate with the travelling England supporters. During those celebrations, Henderson fell over the advertising hoardings while standing in front of the England fans as they sang Wonderwall.

What Kane and Bellingham said

England captain Harry Kane addressed the situation after the final whistle, telling the BBC: "Jordan just fell over there, I think he's OK, just something to do with his arm."

Jude Bellingham was similarly cautious with details: "He's in a bit of bother, but our medical team have got everything under control. It's probably not best to give too much detail because I don't really know too much what's going on, but everyone's there to support him and even that was a beautiful thing to see."
