Canada had fallen behind in the 21st minute to a Jovo Lukic strike — assisted by Kolasinac himself — before the World Cup co-hosts mounted a relentless fightback that kept fans on the edge of their seats.
The clearance that stopped time
The defining moment arrived in the 53rd minute. Canadian left-back Richie Laryea ghosted into the penalty area and curled a right-footed effort beyond the Bosnian goalkeeper, with the ball seemingly destined for the net.
