Leeds United vs Tottenham Hotspur: Spurs Seek Fourth Straight Win at Elland Road

55 minutes ago·2 min

Tottenham Hotspur travel to Elland Road on Saturday aiming to extend their winning run to four successive Premier League victories, as a struggling Leeds United side desperately need a result before the international break.

Leeds' growing concern

Daniel Farke's men have gone five Premier League games without a win, a streak that has stretched their wait for a league victory past the two-month mark. The hosts have lost just two of nine league outings this season, but the winless run has begun to unsettle supporters at Elland Road.

Injuries have further complicated Farke's preparations. Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Noah Okafor, and Anton Stach are all doubtful for the fixture, limiting his attacking options. On a more positive note, James Justin and Gabriel Gudmundsson are available, and key defender Joe Rodon could return for the first time since August after shaking off a hamstring problem.

Spurs in fine form

Roberto De Zerbi's Tottenham Hotspur arrive on the back of three consecutive wins — over Coventry City, Chelsea, and Crystal Palace — and are chasing a run of four straight Premier League victories for the first time since October 2023. Spurs also carry encouraging memories of this ground, having claimed wins of 2-1, 4-1, and 4-0 in their last three visits to Elland Road.

De Zerbi could welcome back Savio, Tosin Adarabioyo, and Lucas Bergvall from injury, while Rodrigo Bentancur returns from a three-match suspension earned for his red card at Manchester United. Mykhailo Mudryk, Xavi Simons, and Wilson Odobert remain unavailable.

Kick-off details

The match kicks off at 12:30pm GMT (7:30am ET / 11:30pm AEDT). In the UK, live coverage is available on TNT Sports 1 and HBO Max. US viewers can tune in via USA Network, while Australian fans can stream on Stan Sport.

Leeds United have not beaten Spurs since 2021, and with form and fitness both favouring the visitors, Farke's side face a stern test to end their drought.
