Neymar has brought his international career to an end following Brazil's 2-1 defeat to Norway in the round of 16 at the FIFA World Cup 2026 on Monday.

The 34-year-old came off the bench in what proved to be his final appearance for the Seleção, converting a stoppage-time penalty to pull one back — but Erling Haaland's double proved too much to overcome. Brazil are out, and so is Neymar.
