FC Dallas have secured the services of Nigerian winger Daniel Job on a permanent basis, signing him from Norwegian club Kongsvinger IL on a deal running through the 2029 season, with an option for a further year.

Job, 21, arrives in Major League Soccer having made a strong impression in Norway, contributing eight goals and nine assists across 20 appearances for Kongsvinger. The transfer fee is reported to be in the region of $5.2 million — believed to be the largest deal ever involving a player departing from the Norwegian lower leagues.
