Victor Osimhen delivered a goal and an assist to power Galatasaray to a hard-fought 3-2 win over Göztepe at RAMS Park on Saturday evening.

The hosts were caught off guard early when Novatus Miroshi put the visitors ahead in the 16th minute, silencing the home support. Galatasaray hit back before the interval, with Davinson Sánchez levelling for the Yellow and Reds in the 33rd minute.

Galatasaray then seized control five minutes before the hour mark. Osimhen played the decisive pass for Gabriel Sara, whose finish completed the turnaround and put the hosts in front for the first time.

Osimhen's own contribution came in the 63rd minute, when he stepped up to convert from the penalty spot and make it 3-1. Göztepe pulled one back through Juan just two minutes later, but Galatasaray withstood the pressure and secured all three points.

The Nigeria international has now netted five goals in three league outings for Galatasaray this season — a blistering start to what promises to be a landmark campaign at the Istanbul club.
