PSG Demand €150m for Barcola as Arsenal and Liverpool Circle

Paris Saint-Germain have placed a €150m asking price on winger Bradley Barcola, according to a report from L'Equipe, effectively pricing out all but the wealthiest clubs in Europe.
The 23-year-old France international, a former Olympique Lyonnais academy product, is understood to be attracting serious interest from Arsenal and — L'Equipe notes — "especially" Liverpool among English sides.
A reluctant seller
PSG's official position is that Barcola is not available for transfer. The club are keen to extend his current contract, which runs until 2028, and have already opened discussions over a renewal.
Those negotiations, however, are on hold for now. With Barcola on international duty in the United States for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, contractual talks will not resume until he returns from the tournament. Should an extension fail to materialise, a departure from the French capital becomes a genuine possibility — and it is in that scenario that the €150m valuation would come into play.
L'Equipe also notes that only English clubs are realistically positioned to meet that figure.
Arrivals pushing departures
The potential sale of Barcola is linked, in part, to PSG's pursuit of Yan Diomandé. The Ivory Coast international winger has reportedly agreed personal terms with PSG, with the club set to pay RB Leipzig in excess of €100m to secure his signature.
That outlay appears to be driving a broader effort to generate revenue through player sales this summer. L'Equipe reports that PSG are targeting a record €300m in outgoings during the transfer window.
The club have already finalised the exits of Gonçalo Ramos and Lee Kang-in for a combined €100m, with Randal Kolo Muani and Ibrahim Mbaye also potentially set to leave Paris.
