Rangers Agree £6.5m Deal for PSV Winger Driouech

Rangers have agreed a £6.5 million deal to bring PSV Eindhoven winger Couhaib Driouech to Ibrox, according to reporter Anthony Joseph. The 24-year-old would represent a significant addition to the Scottish Premiership club's attacking options.

The Glasgow club are also pursuing left-back James Penrice, 27, and have submitted a loan offer with a purchase option to his current club, AEK Athens. However, AEK Athens are holding out for a permanent deal for the former Hearts defender, making negotiations complicated.

Across the city, Celtic remain hopeful of completing the signing of Real Oviedo and Egypt winger Haissem Hassan, 24, before the week is out. A separate move for Frosinone forward Fares Ghedjemis, 23, has stalled after the Italian club's asking price proved beyond Celtic's budget.

Scottish Premiership side Dundee have seen a bid of approximately £100,000 for central defender Omar Sowunmi, 30, turned down by Bromley, who were promoted to English League One this season.

Aberdeen goalkeeper Dimitar Mitov has attracted interest from German second-tier side St Pauli, who have tabled a six-figure offer plus add-ons for the 29-year-old Bulgarian stopper.

Finally, Wolves youngster Ethan Sutherland, 20, has opted to join Exeter City on a loan deal. The former St Mirren defender chose the English side despite attracting interest from clubs in the Scottish Premiership.
