Santiago Gimenez is undergoing a medical in Portugal as he prepares to join FC Porto on a season-long loan from AC Milan, sources have confirmed to ESPN.

The move would see the striker leave the San Siro on a temporary basis, with Porto set to be his destination for the duration of the campaign.
