Alex Scott has declined a new contract at Bournemouth, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United all believed to be frontrunners for the midfielder's signature, according to Sky Sports News.

Bournemouth have presented Scott with several offers since contract talks opened toward the end of last season, but the 21-year-old has reportedly indicated he is unwilling to commit to fresh terms at present.
