Former Super Eagles defender Ifeanyi Udeze has firmly rejected his ex-teammate Obafemi Martins' suggestion that Seyi Tinubu should lead the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) as president.

Martins made the case for Seyi Tinubu during an appearance on the ObiOne Podcast, hosted by another former Super Eagles star John Obi Mikel. Martins argued that Nigerian football requires a capable young leader who genuinely understands the game and the aspirations of the country's football fans.
