Arsenal have reportedly agreed to a €20 million offer from Beşiktaş for forward Leandro Trossard, with the 31-year-old now holding the power to decide his own future.

Turkish reports, citing Sporx via Football Place, indicate that the Gunners are prepared to sanction the Belgian's departure — but only if Trossard himself agrees to personal terms with the Istanbul club.

Saudi Arabia also in the race

Trossard has attracted interest from more than one destination. Reports from last week suggest Saudi Arabian side Al-Diraiyah are also willing to meet Arsenal's €20 million valuation, and they are prepared to sweeten the deal with a salary package of around €10 million net per season.

Beşiktaş, by comparison, are reportedly offering approximately €7 million annually — a gap of roughly €3 million that could prove decisive as Trossard weighs his options.

Beşiktaş president Serdal Adalı and sporting director Önder Özen have been at the forefront of the Turkish club's pursuit, having identified Trossard as one of their primary targets this window.

World Cup first, transfer decision later

Trossard is currently on international duty with Belgium at the World Cup and is understood to have shelved any transfer decision until after the tournament concludes. With negotiations between Arsenal and Beşiktaş effectively settled, the next move rests entirely with the player.

Despite contributing regularly under manager Mikel Arteta towards the end of last season, Trossard has been the subject of departure speculation for several months. At 31, Arsenal are thought to view the €20 million fee as fair value for a player entering the final stretch of his career.

Allowing the Belgian to leave would align with Arsenal's broader effort to refresh their attacking options — though the transfer cannot advance until Trossard gives his personal approval.
