Monaco have secured the permanent transfer of Barcelona forward Ansu Fati, with the French club paying a fee in the region of £9.5 million to bring the young attacker to Ligue 1.

The deal ends Fati's long association with Barcelona, where he came through the club's famous La Masia academy and once wore the iconic No. 10 shirt. The move to Monaco marks the start of a new chapter for the Spanish international.
