Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Israeli international Anan Khalaili from Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise, with the 21-year-old committed to the Eagles until 2031. The reported fee stands at £21 million.

Khalaili is a versatile operator, capable of featuring as either a full-back or a winger. He arrives at Selhurst Park having already collected notable silverware in Belgium — Union Saint-Gilloise won their first Belgian Pro League title in 90 years, as well as a Belgian Cup, during his time there following his arrival in 2024.

European pedigree for the Europa League

The Israeli international will bolster Crystal Palace's UEFA Europa League ambitions. Of his six goals last season, three came in the UEFA Champions League — experience that will prove valuable as Palace navigate European competition.
