Arsenal are facing a potentially turbulent summer transfer window, with Galatasaray submitting a formal bid for Gabriel Martinelli and Chelsea emerging as a frontrunner to sign Martin Zubimendi.

Galatasaray chase Martinelli

The Turkish club have tabled a 45 million euros (£38.4m) offer to Arsenal for Martinelli, the 25-year-old Brazil forward. The bid, reported by Florian Plettenberg, represents a significant statement of intent from Galatasaray as they look to strengthen their attack.

Zubimendi eyed by Chelsea

Arsenal are reportedly willing to sell Spain midfielder Martin Zubimendi for a minimum of £77m, according to Teamtalk. The 27-year-old has attracted strong interest from Chelsea, who are considered the leading candidates to secure his signature.

Newcastle push for Dedic

Newcastle are in advanced discussions to bring in right-back Amar Dedic from Benfica. The Bosnia and Herzegovina international, aged 23, is valued at approximately £25m, according to the Mail.

Aston Villa have entered talks with West Ham over the signing of right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The DR Congo defender, 28, carries a price tag of £25m, according to the Athletic.

Ipswich are on the verge of completing the signing of Abdoul Ouattara, a 20-year-old Ivory Coast-born right-back and midfielder, from Strasbourg, per Sky Sports.

Aston Villa have proposed a loan deal — with an option to buy — to Bayern Munich for Portugal midfielder Joao Palhinha, 31. However, Bayern's preference remains a permanent sale, according to Florian Plettenberg.

Hull City remain confident of finalising a deal for Augsburg midfielder Mert Komur, 21, despite an initial £10.2m bid being turned down, reports Teamtalk.

Newcastle midfielder Joe Willock, 26, is open to a move to Besiktas, with a 20 million euros (£17m) fee potentially enough to complete the transfer, according to Foot Mercato.

Newcastle are also monitoring Brighton and Cameroon midfielder Carlos Baleba, 22, as they seek reinforcements in the middle of the park following the expected departures of Bruno Guimaraes, 28, and Sandro Tonali, 26, according to the Mail.

Hull City are close to permanently re-signing Joe Gelhardt from Leeds. The 24-year-old English striker spent the past two seasons on loan at the Tigers and is set to make the move official, per Sky Sports.
