Heart of Midlothian have reached an agreement to sell Greece winger Alexandros Kyziridis to a Turkish club for approximately £1.7 million.

Kyziridis, 25, arrived at Tynecastle last summer from Slovakian side Zemplin Michalovce on a three-year contract and attracted attention from multiple clubs throughout this transfer window. He featured in Hearts' recent outing against Benfica in Lisbon before turning his attention to finalising the move to Turkey.

The winger made a significant impression under head coach Derek McInnes, contributing six goals and 11 assists across 42 appearances as Hearts mounted a serious challenge for the league title. He also earned his first senior cap for Greece in a friendly against Italy this summer.

Hearts have already moved to address the departure, with Jamestown Analytics — the club's data-driven recruitment partner — helping to identify replacements. Josh McPake and Calvin Miller, who has featured prominently in the early weeks of the season, have both been brought in to cover the same wide positions this summer.
