Egypt head coach Hossam Hassan has declared that his side will not be overawed by Argentina's reputation when the two nations meet in the FIFA World Cup Round of 16 on Tuesday evening. Hassan insists the Pharaohs will play their own game — regardless of the star power standing opposite them.
Egypt earned their place in the knockout rounds after a composed group-stage campaign and now face the reigning world champions, a side led by an in-form Lionel Messi. Yet Hassan remains unconcerned by the scale of the challenge, pointing instead to the principles his team have built over the past two and a half years.
