The midfielder missed City's Champions League trip to Porto on Tuesday, having been withdrawn during last weekend's Premier League win over Coventry.

City claimed that fixture 1-0, though O'Reilly's absence from the subsequent European outing raised questions about his condition ahead of the Old Trafford clash. Maresca has now put those concerns to rest.
