Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sánchez has spoken warmly about young teammate Mike Penders, describing him as a talented keeper with enormous potential and an impressively calm head on his shoulders.

Sánchez, who holds the starting spot between the posts at Stamford Bridge, made clear he has no fear of the competition Penders brings. On the contrary, he believes having a capable rival pushes every player in the squad to raise their standards and avoid becoming complacent.
