Tottenham have reached an agreement with Manchester City to bring winger Savinho to north London for a fee of £75 million, with a further £10 million available in potential add-ons.

The 22-year-old has been granted permission to travel to north London and complete a medical ahead of putting pen to paper on a long-term contract with Spurs.
