Arsenal Eye Nico Paz as Transfer Rumours Swirl Across Europe

2 hours ago·2 min

Arsenal are keeping a close eye on Como's Argentina forward Nico Paz, 22, as they weigh up a potential move for the promising midfielder. Any deal, however, would be complicated by the buy-back clause Real Madrid hold on the player — valued at 80 million euros (£68.7m).

Liverpool and Aston Villa are both tracking Cher Ndour, the 22-year-old Italy midfielder currently at Fiorentina, according to reports. The versatile central player has attracted interest from multiple top-flight clubs.

Catamo still on Sunderland's radar

Sunderland remain determined to secure the signature of Sporting winger Geny Catamo, 25, despite failing to land the Mozambique international during the summer transfer window. The Championship club are not ready to walk away from their pursuit.

Monaco are confident they can command 70 million euros (£60.1m) for Lamine Camara, the 22-year-old Senegal midfielder who had been on the verge of joining Chelsea before a move to Stamford Bridge fell apart on deadline day. Liverpool were also credited with interest in Camara.

Nmecha and Chambers in search of new opportunities

Germany forward Lukas Nmecha, 25, is expected to seek a departure from Leeds United at the end of this season unless he receives more consistent playing time before his contract expires.

Celtic are weighing up a January move for Liverpool's English left-back Luke Chambers, 22. The Scottish champions view Chambers as a potential addition during the winter window.

Zaha offered to Malaga, Raphinha set for Barcelona extension

Ivory Coast winger Wilfried Zaha, 33, has been offered to Malaga after departing Galatasaray as a free agent, following two loan spells with MLS side Charlotte FC. The veteran winger is searching for a new home.

Raphinha, contracted to Barcelona until 2028, could be handed an extension to 2030 as the Spanish champions look to reward their Brazil winger, 29, with a longer-term commitment.

Barcelona have also confirmed an extension for 18-year-old Egypt forward Hamza Abdelkarim, tying him to the club until 2030 with a release clause set at 150 million euros (£128.7m).

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Chelsea are both leading the race to sign Valerenga's 15-year-old Norwegian winger Gabriel Rajkovic, with the teenager among the most coveted young talents on the market.
