Former Nigeria international Friday Ekpo has heaped praise on the Super Eagles following their 2-2 draw against Poland in an international friendly played on Wednesday.
Terem Moffi gave Nigeria the lead in the 23rd minute, only for Kacper Potulski to pull Poland level just before the break with a 45th-minute equaliser. Paul Onuachu restored the advantage from the penalty spot in the 77th minute, and the Super Eagles appeared set for a narrow win — until Przemysław Wiśniewski unleashed a brilliant strike from 25 yards in stoppage time to earn the hosts a share of the points.
Ekpo impressed by Nigeria's style
Speaking to Completesports.com after the final whistle, Ekpo singled out the Super Eagles' quick passing and control of possession as particular highlights, especially given that Poland were playing on home soil.
