Swiss outfit Neuchâtel Xamax have completed the permanent signing of Nigerian striker Peter Ambrose from Scottish Premiership club Aberdeen.
Ambrose, 24, makes the move to Switzerland after two seasons at Aberdeen, a spell that yielded just one goal from 15 league outings. He had originally joined the Dons from Hungarian club Újpest in 2024.
Aberdeen head coach Stephen Robinson acknowledged that a lack of consistent first-team minutes had made the transfer the right call for all parties involved.
