Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of goalkeeper Calum Ward from Scottish Premiership club Motherwell, with the fee undisclosed.
Ward, 25, joins QPR at Loftus Road after an outstanding campaign in Scotland in which he set two club records. The Essex-born shot-stopper kept 20 clean sheets across the season — including nine consecutive shutouts — as Motherwell secured their highest league finish in six years, ending the campaign in fourth place.
Reflecting on the season, Ward described it as one that exceeded all expectations.
